Construction Zones
Construction Services offers the campus customer a self-supporting group of tradesmen and women to perform project work. Most projects, excluding the construction of new facilities, can be done within this department. We offer quality craftsmanship, competitively priced labor, and an unsurpassed knowledge of campus facilities.
The campus is divided into three construction zones. Once you submit a work request to the Service Office, your zone's Construction Superintendent reviews the request, evaluates risk, and contacts you to verify scope, budget, and delivery method. After review, the Construction Superintendent releases the work order to the appropriate personnel, but will stay actively involved in the construction process through completion.
