Employee Relations / Human Resources & Payroll
Employee Relations/Human Resources & Payroll provides HR, Employee Relations, Training, and Payroll services to all the units within Facilities & Services. We accomplish this by interpreting university policies and procedures, developing internal process to ensure compliance, and exercising sound judgement to position the department to recruit and retain a diverse and qualified workforce. Our goal is to cultivate a work environment where employees are treated with dignity and respect.
