Customer Relations & Communications

Customer Relations & Communications (CRC) creates, coordinates, and directs all aspects of communications for Facilities & Services (F&S).

CRC is responsible for:

  • Communications
  • Executive Communications
  • Media Relations
  • Customer Relationship Management

CRC works closely with all divisions within F&S and across the campus community to best serve the specific needs of the university.
