Safety and Compliance promotes safe and environmentally sound work practices that advance the university's mission and interests by advising and consulting with faculty, staff, and students.

Occupational Safety & Health

The department provides consultation, training, and advising services to campus units regarding workplace safety and health.

Environmental Compliance

Departmental staff assist campus units in complying with federal, state, and local environmental regulations concerning air, land, and water pollution, and promotes environmental stewardship through conservation initiatives.
