• Building Maintenance provides general repairs to buildings and preventive maintenance of systems and equipment.

• Building Services delivers custodial services to campus facilities.

• Grounds keeps outdoor spaces beautiful by shearing hedges, filling flower beds and planters, mowing grass, pruning trees, removing garbage, and coordinating landscaping projects.

• Transportation & Automotive Services provides vehicle rental, vehicle and equipment repair, and driving/moving services.
• Waste Management & Recycling diverts as much waste as possible from landfills through recycling and managing the disposal of the remaining waste generated by the campus.
