The F&S Service Office will remain open during normal operating hours (8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) on designated gift days during the Campus Holiday Schedule.

From Friday, December 23, 2022, to Monday, January 2, 2023, most shops and departments at F&S will be closed or have limited staff availability for the university’s designation of holidays and gift days. However, throughout this period, F&S personnel will continue to support operations at the Urbana campus and respond to high-priority requests and urgent situations.
Please use the my.FS Portal for facility-related requests during this time. For urgent issues and items needing immediate attention, call the Service Office at 217-333-0340. Calls received on all designated campus holidays and after business hours will be transferred to the Division of Public Safety dispatch.
