F&S is conducting a Mode Choice Survey (go.illinois.edu/ModeChoiceSurvey). The purpose of this 15 minute-survey is to assess the preferred mode of transportation for students, faculty, staff, and community members.
The survey will be available until Saturday, April 20, and no personal information will be collected.
