F&S will provide transportation services to students entering or exiting COVID-19 quarantine and isolation protocols on campus. To ride, students should complete this form with their pickup location, desired pickup time, drop-off location, and first and last name.
RIDE HOURS:
Monday—Friday: 9 a.m.—9 p.m.
Saturday—Sunday: 9 a.m.—9 p.m.
*The hours for transportation will be extended until 11 p.m. through Sunday, January 23.
- ·Students will receive a confirmation text that their submission has been received. Additionally, they will receive a call with the details of their scheduled pickup with an estimated arrival time. Individuals should be flexible with the scheduled pickup time as drivers may be available before or after the time requested.
- Riders should wear a face covering, sit in the vehicle's rear seat, and place any luggage or personal items in the back hatch.
