From Friday, December 24, 2021, to Tuesday, January 4, 2022, most shops and departments at F&S will be closed or have limited staff availability per the university’s designation of holidays and gift days. However, throughout this period, F&S personnel will continue to support operations at the Urbana campus and respond to high-priority requests and urgent situations.
Please use the my.FS Portal for facility-related requests during this time. For issues needing immediate attention, call the F&S Service Office at 217-333-0340. Calls received on campus holidays and after business hours will be transferred to the Division of Public Safety dispatch.
