Social Distancing Space Considerations
The F&S Health and Safety Response Team (HSRT) is available by appointment to consult with departments and units on questions about social distancing space considerations, including optimizing room configurations and resources through the use of safety shields and sneeze guards. Send requests to

Ordering PPE and Cleaning Supplies
Login to iStores with a university NetID and password and visit
“COVID-19 Supplies.” To place an order, your unit/department must have a C-FOAPAL and approver designated in iStores. If you would like to become a new approver or make other changes to authorization information, please complete the
iStores Signature Authorization Request Form.
Considerations for HVAC Systems
F&S staff continue to upgrade campus HVAC filtration systems and ensure adequate system operation with fresh air and effective ventilation rates. The HSRT outlined the following
considerations for campus building HVAC Systems from the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) guidelines.
