F&S Construction Services and Job Order Contracting (JOC) service rates for FY21 have been approved by the Office of the Provost and are available on the F&S website: https://www.fs.illinois.edu/services/f-s-service-rates. Rates are also available on the my.FS site: https://my.fs.illinois.edu/fsportal/portal. These rates take effect Wednesday, July 1.
The methodology for calculating rates was reviewed by the F&S Rate and Funding Committee, a group formed by the Office of the Provost with representatives from multiple campus units, and is reviewed annually and adjusted periodically to incorporate prevailing wage changes. The rates for these two delivery methods have been combined into a single rate for both efficiency and effectiveness.
