Due to urgent utilities work, Fourth Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Kirby Avenue has been reduced to one northbound lane. The lane reduction is effective immediately through Monday, April 1. All vehicular traffic (except MTD and Disability Resources & Educational Services (DRES) buses and emergency vehicles) traveling southbound on Fourth Street in this area will be detoured to either Peabody Drive (westbound) or Pennsylvania Avenue (eastbound). Pedestrian access will remain open on the east side of Fourth Street throughout the entire construction period.
