Facilities & Services (F&S) and the Center for a Sustainable Environment (CSE) will host a Sustainability Awards Reception on Wednesday, October 23 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The wine and cheese reception will recognize the FY14 Sustainability Fellows and announce the inaugural Energy Conservation Incentive Program (ECIP) building winners.
The ECIP awards building upgrades to facilities on campus that produce the top energy conservation results. Eight buildings, which demonstrate the greatest percentage of energy conservation between FY12 and FY13, will win awards.
The Sustainability Fellows Program is designed to engage campus faculty in research activities related to specific F&S sustainability projects.This will help meet the target goals outlined in the Illinois Climate Action Plan (iCAP).
