From Monday, December 24, 2018 – Tuesday, January 1, 2019, most offices at F&S will be closed or have limited staff per the university’s designation of holidays and gift days. However, throughout this period, F&S personnel will continue to support operations at the Urbana campus and respond to high-priority requests and urgent situations.
During this time, please use the
my.FS Portal for facility-related requests. For issues needing immediate attention, call the F&S Service Office at 333-0340. Calls received on campus holidays and after business hours will be transferred to Public Safety dispatch.
