The 9th annual "Light the Night" free bike light distribution event returns Thursday, September 22 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Alma Mater Plaza (Green and Wright Streets)
Hallene Gateway (Illinois Street and Lincoln Avenue)
Teams of volunteers will install 1,000 bicycle light sets, educate bicyclists about the rules of the road, and provide information on safe riding habits during both daylight and nighttime hours. MTD will have a bus available for cyclists to practice using on-board bike racks. For more information, see the release.
