First Street and Fourth Street will reopen to all modes of traffic Friday, August 12 at 5:30 p.m. as both repair projects achieve substantial completion.
The projects included pavement reconstruction, Americans with Disabilities Act improvements, and traffic signal and street lighting upgrades.
Please be advised that work will continue through November in these areas on landscaping and various punch list items.
