Traffic signals at the intersections of First Street & Kirby Avenue and Fourth Street & Kirby Avenue will be out of service starting Friday, August 22 at 2:00 p.m. as part of a planned power outage. Temporary stop signs will replace the signals until power is restored in the evening of Sunday, August 24.
