Snow Removal Update

Snow Emergency Parking Shuttle Lots E14 and B22 have been significantly cleared and will be available for parkers on Tuesday morning. Snow removal continues in smaller lots. For a complete list of Snow Emergency Parking Lots: http://www.fs.illinois.edu/services/maintenance/snow-removal

Building Service Workers (BSWs) have been able to use snow throwers to help expedite the clearing of building entrances. BSWs will perform any necessary follow-up work on entrances starting early Tuesday morning.

Grounds crews continue to make substantial progress clearing sidewalks and pathways.

This morning, streets maintained by the university were evaluated to be travelable. Transportation drivers will continue to address road conditions this afternoon and Tuesday morning in regard to the potential for blowing and drifting snow.
