“Smoke-Free Campus” Signs To Be Posted Beginning December 20
CHAMPAIGN, IL (December 19) – “Smoke-Free Campus” stickers will be placed at entrances of campus buildings beginning Friday, December 20. Facilities & Services staff will install the majority of the stickers by the close of business Friday, January 3. The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign will become smoke-free by policy Wednesday, January 1, 2014.

“Smoke-Free Campus” signage will follow at parking lots and other outdoor locations.

“Smoke-Free Campus” information on the sticker will appear directly above the State of Illinois mandated image for the “Firearm Concealed Carry Act.”
